Course Format
This ongoing study of the Kaṭhōpaniṣhad is offered in 8-class segments, covering the text in depth through six sections. Each week, Ram will lead live online sessions, exploring the verses and teachings of the Upanishad. Following the live classes, participants will be encouraged to reflect on the teachings and integrate them into daily practice. The rhythm of teaching and integration continues progressively through each set of classes.

The course dives deep into the wisdom of the Kaṭhōpaniṣad, exploring the narrative between Nachiketa and Lord Yama, and the profound questions posed about life, death, and the ultimate reality.
