Ayurveda is an ancient way of maintaining good health which is tailored to every individual and which focuses upon and treats the causes of dis-ease rather than the symptoms. It is over 5000 years old and still practised with great success today. Ram & Sonali led a 3-week Ayurvedic retreat in March 25 which was a great success. Following on from this success, we have put together a series of 3 introductory classes on Ayurveda as it applies to daily life for you to saviour. The classes will introduce you to some basic but far-reaching ideas on what factors affect the healthy rhythm of every individual. The three 1.5hr talks in English will be given over zoom and include a significant amount of time for questions.

The presenters are Drs Partha and Saraniya Parthasarathy who have successfully run their  own Ayurveda centre in South India for 12 years treating thousand of patients from 42 countries. Their knowledge is vast and they have made it their mission to share this knowledge with all those willing to learn. They have kindly accepted to come and speak at the World Yoga Festival 2025 (31 July to 3 August) at Henley-on-Thames, England.

Ayurveda is a vast subject and it is difficult to find teachers who can articulate key message with clarity. These classes are for all those who wish to learn from a completely different perspective on how to invite well-ness to the body.

The three classes are delivered on three successive Sundays.
